On Thursday, July 8, 2021 Wanda Demeriez of Cold Lake, AB passed away at the age of 61 years young.
Wanda is lovingly survived by her daughters: Mandi Skogen (Errin Payette), Kirsten (Jarod) Gaucher; mother: Carol Demeriez; sister & brother-in-law: Shirley Ann & Donnie Ollenberger; brother: Brent Demeriez; grandchildren: Christian & Hailey Skogen, Landon, Logan & Lincoln Gaucher; nieces & nephews: Dawn Ann Ollenberger, Marlie (Chuck) Gordon, Justeen (Josh) Leslie, Harley Hook; great nieces & nephews: Luke, Taylor & Ryder Grundner, Coulter, Chloe & Camryn Gordon, Emma & Talia Leslie; son-in-law: Jered Skogen; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, dear friends and neighbors.
Wanda was predeceased by her father: Eugene Demeriez; granddaughter: Laekyn Gaucher; sister-in-law: Debbi Poirier; nephew-in-law: Kelly Grundner.
Casual Graveside Service, Wednesday, July 14 at 2:00 p.m., Lakeview Cemetery with Pastor Adam Bially officiating. Pallbearers: Jarod Gaucher, Errin Payette, Chuck Gordon, Josh Leslie, Jim Chappell and Butch McMann.
Special thanks are given to Wanda’s cousin Sandra McMann for her selfless care, her aunts Joyce and Darlene for their end prayers, the staff of the Cold Lake ER department, and especially Dr. McAskile for going above and beyond all expectations.
