Viviane Dorothy (Holmstrom) Lesyk

It is with deep sorrow and much love that the family of Viviane Dorothy Lesyk of Bonnyville, Alberta announces her passing on Sunday, October 6, 2024 at the age of 89 years.

Leaving to mourn with treasured memories is her partner of 30 years: Joe Gabrielson of Bonnyville, AB; sons: Terry Lesyk (Christina Hoyda) of LaCorey, AB, Tim (Josie) Lesyk of Bonnyville, AB; grandchildren: Bridgette Lesyk (Josh Lowe) of LaCorey, AB, Colby (Cassie) Lesyk of Bonnyville, AB, Jaclyn (Ryan) Anderson of Stettler, AB, Logan (Kara) Lesyk of Stettler, AB; step-grandchildren: Christa (Pete) Gagnon of Edmonton, AB, Samantha McNaughton of Edmonton, AB; cherished great grandchildren: Olivia & Anthony Lowe, Piper, Cora & Niko Lesyk, Keenan Anderson, Jacob, Jordan & Jameson Gagnon; siblings: Edwin Holmstrom, Eileen Walls, Marvin Holmstrom; as well as many nieces, nephews, extended family and a large circle of friends.

Viviane was predeceased by her husband: Roy Lesyk; parents: Wayne & Aune Holmstrom; brothers: Elmer Holmstrom, Archie Holmstrom; daughter-in-law: Cheryl Lesyk.

Celebration of Life, Saturday, October 19, 2024 at 11:00 a.m., at the Ardmore Community Hall, Ardmore, AB with Karen Radford officiating. Urnbearer: Bridgette Lesyk. Honorary Urnbearers: all of Viviane's grandchildren. Final Resting Place, Lessard Community Cemetery, Lessard, AB.
