With great sadness, the family of Verna Laura Steinhauer Charles of Goodfish Lake, Alberta announce her passing on Wednesday, March 4, 2026 at the age of 66 years.
Verna will be forever remembered by her loving children: Evan (Tinneke), Garret (Laurie), Francine (Jake), Dana (Sam), Melva (Eric), Cynthia (Ethan), Lynn (Clifford), Zishaun, Tanya; grandchildren: Cat, Jacob (Ashanti), Ayden, Maddox, Nevi, Tristan, Deacon, Kaydrin, Greycyn, Athena, Joseph, Tatum, Caleb; câpâns: Cara, Logan, John, Haisley, Ellie; sisters: Emily, Lorelei, Debbie; brothers: John (Denise), Allan, Ron, Henry, Randy, Spencer, Kirby; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Verna is predeceased by her loving husband: Jacob John Charles; loving parents: Douglas & Florence Steinhauer; sisters: Evelyn Pruden, Eileen Steinhauer; grandson: Baby Douglas Steinhauer.
