It is with saddened hearts that the family of Valarie Jane Cook of Fort Kent, Alberta, announces her peaceful passing in Fort Kent on Tuesday, March 25, 2025 at the age of 71 years.
Valarie will be forever remembered and loved by her devoted daughter: Bonny (Alvin) Farslow; two granddaughters: Mary Jane (Dalton) Read-Boychuk, Angelica Lochhead; three great-grandchildren: Jaxon Read-Boychuk, Bexlee Read-Boychuk, Kendrex Hahebuhr; brothers: Trevor (Judy) Cook, Merle (Bev) Cook, Bob (Shirley) Cook; sister: Marilyn Bantle (Gene Striga).
Valarie was predeceased by her parents: Cora & Alfred Cook.
A Celebration of Life will take place at a later date in Didsbury, Alberta.
