The family of Timithy (Tim) Melvin Wheeler announce the passing of Tim on Saturday October 25, 2025 at the Grey Nuns Hospital after a heroic battle with cancer. Tim, age 68, will be sorely missed by his family and all who knew him. He will be remembered for his wit, his leadership and his passion for life. He cherished his family, his cousins and his friends.
Tim is survived by his children, Joseph (Rainey) Wheeler, Meaghan (Denis) Petit, Breanna (Mitchell) Wheeler, step-children; Tara (Andrew) Christian, Jessica (Travis) Hewlett, Krista Abbott and brother Randall (Gwen) Wheeler. Lastly and most importantly, Tim is survived by his ten amazing grandchildren.
Tim was predeceased by his parents: Melvin & Hazel Wheeler, sisters: Gloria, Yvonne and Debbie.
Funeral Service is Saturday November 8, 2025 at 11:00am with the Eulogy to begin at 10:45 at St. Dominic’s Roman Catholic Church, Cold Lake Alberta: Father Limneo Zamora officiating. Tim will be laid to rest at St. Dominic’s Cemetery in Cold Lake.
