Obituary
With grateful hearts for a life well lived, the family of Therese "Terry" Marie Breland of St. Paul, AB announces the passing of their beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and sister on Friday, August 11, 2023 at the age of 94 years.
Terry's memory will live on in the hearts of her six children: Maggie Breland (Murray), Pauline (Wes) Ashley of Bon Accord, AB, Victor Breland of Elk Point, AB, Paul (Patti) Breland of Vermilion, AB, Alice Haraba (Gerry Martin) of St. Paul, AB, Leo Breland of Lloydminster, AB; nine grandchildren: Wendy, Sherie, Lisa, Erick, Melissa, Ashten, Brandon, David, Justin; eight cherished great grandchildren; brother: Marcel Carrier; sister: Alice Mathhaus; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
Terry was predeceased by her husband: Edwin Breland (1986): parents: Emile & Anna Carrier; grandson: Richard Spottiswood (2016); six brothers.
Celebration of Life, Friday, August 18, 2023 at 11:00 a.m., St. Paul Cathedral, St. Paul, AB with Bishop Gary Franken officiating. Honorary urn bearers: Erick, Brandon, Lisa, David, Justin, Wyatt, Braidy. Final resting place, St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Cemetery, St. Paul, AB.
In lieu of flowers, memorial tributes in memory of Terry may be sent to St. Paul Extendicare Recreation Program, 4614 47th Avenue, St. Paul, AB T0A 3A0.
