The family of Therese Amyotte of Mallaig, Alberta announces her peaceful passing, surrounded by her loved ones, on Thursday, July 24, 2025 at the age of 95 years.
Leaving to mourn with cherished memories are her children: Yvonne (Ron) Jodoin of Stony Plain, AB, Roger Amyotte of Smoky Lake, AB, Georgette (Richard) Michaud of Mallaig, AB, Laurent (Patti) Amyotte of Mallaig, AB, Lise (Charlie) Dechaine of Mallaig, AB, Edna (Bert) Gervais of St. Paul, AB, Anita Bergson of Edmonton, AB; twenty five grandchildren; fifty treasured great grandchildren; sister: Mariette Amyotte of Edmonton, AB; brothers-in-law: Raymond (Maria) Amyotte, Emile (Jeannine) Amyotte; sisters-in-law: Edna LeBlanc, Louise Amyotte, Lorette Amyotte, Annette Amyotte; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
Therese was predeceased by her husband: Adelard Amyotte (2015); and many other family members.
Funeral Mass, Wednesday, July 30, 2025 at 11:00 a.m., St. Jean de Brebeuf Roman Catholic Church, Mallaig, Alberta with Father Paulson Kannanaikal & Father Jhack Diaz officiating. Final Resting Place, St. Jean de Brebeuf Roman Catholic Cemetery, Mallaig, Alberta.
