It is with great sadness that the family of Terry James Quinney of Saddle Lake, Alberta announce his passing on Wednesday, September 13, 2023 in Edmonton, Alberta at the age of 43 years.
Terry will be greatly & sadly missed by his mother: Kelly White; son: Isley Brighteyes-Quinney; siblings: Joshua (Shanelle), Kerry (Bobby); numerous paternal siblings; his precious nieces: Bella, Anna, Mylah, Mariah; nephew & wrestling buddy ”okimaw”; special auntie: Marion; aunties: Louise (Ross), Gloria, Bonnie, Leona, Tracy; uncles: Melvin, Gary (Rebecca), Roland (Lisa); special friend: Jodie Steinhauer.
Terry was predeceased by his maternal grandparents: Chuck & Ernestine White; paternal grandparents: Austin & Rita Quinney.
Traditional Wake, Friday, September 15, 2023 at 12:00 p.m. at Ayiwakes Cultural Centre, Saddle Lake, Alberta (leaving Memento Funeral Chapel, St. Paul at 11:00 a.m.)
Traditional Funeral Ceremony, Saturday, September 16, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. at Ayiwakes Cultural Centre, Saddle Lake, Alberta. Pallbearers: Ben Cardinal, Albert Whiskyjack, Denny Cardinal, Ryan Pasquayak, Burton White, Kevin Cardinal, Jonny McGilvery, Desmond Bull. Final Resting Place, Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Cemetery, Saddle Lake, Alberta.
Family respectfully asks that no children attend the Wake & Funeral Service.
