With broken hearts, the family of Samara Jackson of Saddle Lake Cree Nation, Alberta regretfully announces that her sun set on Saturday, May 9, 2026 at the age of 23 years.

Leaving to mourn her memory is her father: Chris Jackson; cherished siblings: Nathaniel, Nate, Marissa, Christopher Jr., River, Kingston; mosôm: Clifford Pasquayak (Carol Currie); kôhkom : Linda Jackson (Paul Pasquayak); Samara will also be remembered by her many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and other relatives.

Samara is going into the arms of her mother: Janice Jackson; mosôm: Elmer Head.
