The family of Ronald Graham Cottom of Cold Lake, Alberta is deeply saddened to announce the passing of their beloved father, step-father, grandfather, great grandfather and brother-in-law on Thursday, June 19, 2025 at the age of 94 years.
Leaving to mourn with a lifetime of cherished memories are his children: Brian Cottom of Brandon, MB, Barb Joyal (Malcolm Harvey) of Winnipeg, MB; step-children: Owen (Sherry) Day of Cold Lake, AB, Tracey (Ken) Perepelecta of Edmonton, AB; grandchildren: Kyla (Ben) Isleifson, Lauren Cottom (Jeff Barrit), Marcus Perepelecta, Nicholas (Kaeli) Perepelecta, Riley Day, Jennifer Day, Hannah Perepelecta; treasured great-granddaughters: Neveah & Louise Isleifson; brothers-in-law: Carl Pasco of Grand Forks, BC, Earl Mueksch of Penticton, BC; as well as many nieces, nephews, friends and extended family.
Ron is being reunited with his adored wife of 36 years: Leona Joyce; mother & step-father: Isabel "Pat" & Leo Madden; father: Graham Cottom; sisters: Margaret Mueksch, Ann Pasco; daughter-in-law: Pat Cottom.
Celebration of Life, Saturday, June 28, 2025 at 2:00 p.m., 784 Wing Royal Canadian Air Force Association, Cold Lake, Alberta, with Capt. Derek Lee officiating. Urn bearer: Ken Perepelecta. Final Resting Place, Grand Centre Memorial Park, Cold Lake, Alberta.
