It is with profound sadness that the family of Richard Dale Fast of Vilna, Alberta announces his passing in Edmonton on May 31, 2021 at the age of 77 years.
Richard is lovingly survived by his loving wife of 40 years: Rosalie Halfe; children: Kevin (Linda Swan), Shanda, Danny (Sheryl), Richard; grandchildren he raised: Ruby, Lori, Owen; special grandchildren: Krysta (Bernard), Nikki (Corey), Rudy, Ryley, Amber, Ned Jr, Wacey, Kierra, Kirsten, Sonny, Kirby, Rebecca, Levi, Bryden; numerous great grandchildren; brothers-in-law: George (Georgina) Halfe, Joe (Marcia) Halfe.
Richard was predeceased by his daughter: Leanne Halfe-Bull; parents: Albert & Helen Fast; brothers-in-law: Ernest, Larry.
A Private family Funeral Service will be held at Richard & Rosalie’s residence on Tuesday, June 8, 2021 at 3:00 p.m. with Reverend Robert Wright officiating. Honorary Pallbearers: Leonard Garner, Dennis Boisclair, Ernest & Linda Desjarlais, Edwin Sangrey, Ron Whitford, Alfred Jackson, Gordy Cardinal, Ned Seenum, Camille Lassard, Irene Lassard, Local 92.
