Paul Bezpalko

It is with deep sorrow that the family announces the passing of their beloved husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather, Paul Bezpalko of Elk Point, Alberta on August 7, 2025, at the age of 89 years.

Paul is survived by his cherished wife of 69 years: Mary Bezpalko; three children: Douglas Bezpalko of Calgary, Bob (Laurette) Bezpalko of Elk Point, Leona (Leo) Joly of St. Paul; seven grandchildren: Corry, Jerin, Shalene, Shelby, Christina, Matthew, Kimberly; ten great-grandchildren: Kayden, Kayce, Billie Mae, Nea, Lyric, Noah, Brennan, Kian, Nyxon, Mattis; two siblings: Ernie Carter of Kingston, Ethel Tacey of Calgary; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and loved ones.

Paul was predeceased by his parents: Lloyd & Mary Bezpalko; sister: Marlene Malachowski.

Funeral Service, Wednesday, August 13, 2025 at 10:00 a.m., St. John the Baptist Ukrainian Catholic Church, Northern Valley, Alberta, with Father Mark Bayrock officiating. Pallbearers: Corry Bezpalko, Leonard Fundytus, Bob Bezpalko, Douglas Bezpalko, Leslie Bilyk, Leo Joly.

Final Resting Place, St. John the Baptist Ukrainian Catholic Cemetery, Northern Valley, Alberta.
