The family of Norma Rose Clark (Kahpeepatow) is saddened to announce her passing in Meadow Lake, Saskatchewan on Wednesday, August 9, 2023 at the age of 66 years.
Norma was born on December 11, 1956 at Big Island Lake Cree Nation, Saskatchewan. She was a Certified Home Care Aide who graduated at Prince Albert. Norma loved crocheting, going to cultural events, berry picking, baking and going to jamborees with her companion Richard Berland, who’s a musician.
Norma will be forever loved and remembered by her common law spouse: Richard Berland; children: Miranda, Shannon, John, Clayton, Lenora (Harry); granddaughter: Wynter Kahpeepatow, who she raised; grandchildren Janessa, Kayanna, Storm, Treighton, Teelah, Haley, Shay, Christian, Landon, Lucas and great grandchildren; brothers: Melvin, Glen (Ruby), Trevor (Jocelyne), aunties: Isabelle, Rosia; uncles: Paul, Richard; as well as numerous nieces & nephews.
Norma was predeceased by her mother: Shirley Kahpeepatow; father: Thomas Kahpeepatow; son: Ivor; sisters: Evelyne, Geraldine, Audrey, Ramona, Adele; brothers: David, Leonard, Reggie, Noel.
