Melvin "Mel" Edward Troniak

With cherished hearts for a life well lived, the family of Melvin "Mel" Edward Troniak of Pierceland, Saskatchewan is saddened to announce the unexpected passing of their beloved Husband, Father, Grandfather, Uncle and Friend on Friday, March 31, 2023 at the age of 78 years.

Mel is loving survived by his wife of 53 years: Heather Jean Troniak; children: Stephanie (Terry) Hofer, Jolene (Daryl) Niedermaier, Courtney Troniak; grandchildren: Reece and Hailey Hofer, Tyler, Kyle and Erin Niedermaier; in-laws: Jim & Phyllis Forsyth, Gayla Forsyth and Joan Troniak; nephews & nieces: Chris, David, Bill and Elizabeth Troniak, Gregg and Quinn Forsyth; honorary family: Kelly, Michele, Hope and Matt Skorlatowski, Alicia and Jordan Stacey; as well as a large circle of friends and extended family.

Mel was predeceased by his parents William & Stephie Troniak; brother: Brian Troniak; parents-in-law: Leonard & Opal Forsyth; brother-in-law: David Forsyth; nephew: Neil Forsyth.

A Celebration of Mel's Life, Saturday, April 15, 2023 at 11:00 a.m., Pierceland Community Hall, Pierceland, Saskatchewan with Emcee Catherine Kirk; urn bearers: Terry Hofer, Daryl Niedermaier, Kelly Skorlatowski. Final Resting Place, Pierceland Community Cemetery, Pierceland, Saskatchewan.
