With shattered & broken hearts, the family of Matthew James Peters of Edmonton, Alberta is deeply saddened to announce his unexpected passing on Saturday, January 17, 2026 at the age of 40 years.
Matthew is lovingly survived by his special cousin, who was like a sister: Anita Berland; as well as his many dear uncles, aunt, cousins and extended family.
Matthew is going into the arms of his parents: Wilfred & Florence Peters; grandparents: Maurice & Emma Berland.
A Celebration of Matthew’s Life will take place in the Spring, where he will be laid to rest with his mom & dad.
