With deep sadness, the family of Mary Hazeltine of Cold Lake, Alberta, announce the passing of their beloved mother, grandmother, great grandmother and sister on Monday, May 11, 2026 at the age of 88 years.
Mary is lovingly survived by her daughters: Alison Martin (Chris Matter), Dianne (Mike) Forbes; grandchildren: Donald (Amanda) Martin, Adrien Lafond; great grandchildren: Patrick Schlosser, Jayden Martin, Brycen Martin, Emery Martin; sister: Margaret Allen.
She is predeceased by her husband: Roy Hazeltine; sisters: Nancy Dyer, Beth Mielke, Pat Fisher; parents: James & Agnes Thomson.
To honour Mary’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life will take place at a later date.
