The family of Lloyd Houle of Goodfish Lake, Alberta regretfully announces that the sun set for their beloved father, grandfather, great grandfather and brother on Sunday, October 12, 2025 at the age of 82 years.
Lloyd will be lovingly remembered by his son: Floyd (Shana) Houle; adopted son: Dalton (Vanessa) Houle; grandchildren: Holly Gladue, Warren Memnook; special niece: Michelle Houle, a.k.a. Dr. Lobay; great grandchildren: Zendaya, Brody, Jeremiah, Issah, Rielle, Blake, Bryson, Noah; sister: Betsy Whitford; Lloyd will also be mourned by his many nieces, nephews, extended family & friends.
Lloyd is going into the arms of his wife: Cecile Houle (née Cook); parents: Tom & Amelia Houle; brothers: Joe Houle, Percy Houle, Henry Houle, Edgerton Houle, Robert Houle, Tom Houle, Francis Houle, Alec Houle, Nathanial Houle; sisters: Mariah Houle, Elizabeth Jackson.
Wake, Saturday, October 18, 2025 at 6:00 p.m., Goodfish Lake Cultural Centre, Goodfish Lake, Alberta, leaving Memento Funeral Chapel, St. Paul, Alberta at 5:00 p.m.
Funeral Service, Monday, October 20, 2025 at 11:00 a.m., Goodfish Lake Cultural Centre, Goodfish Lake, Alberta with Pastor Duane Grant officiating. Pallbearers: Joe Houle, Floyd Houle, Dalton Houle, Leroy Halfe, Dean Houle, Darwin Houle. Final Resting Place, Hill Top Cemetery, Goodfish Lake, Alberta.
