Lesley "Sis" Sharon MacDonald

With broken hearts, the family of Lesley Sharon MacDonald of Cherry Grove, Alberta, formerly of Lethbridge, Alberta regrettably announce her passing on Sunday, September 8, 2024 at the age of 82 years.

Leaving to mourn with cherished memories is her husband: Douglas MacDonald; daughters: Kelly (Barrie) Gusa, Tracey (Russel) Hatch; grandchildren: Aaron Gusa, Tamera Comaniuk, Tara McBride, Joshua Gusa, Tessa Soelberg, Tiana Pack, Ashley Law, Taylor Toft, Makenzie Hatch, Jaydon Hatch; treasured great grandchildren: Ames, Alice, Art & Adam Gusa, Jake & Zack Comaniuk, Thatcher & Brooks Law, Mylah Hatch-MacInnis; brothers: Melford (Emma) Fredrick, Selby (Sylvia) Fredrick, Jamie Fredrick, Lorne (Shannon) Fredrick; sisters: Terri Szentes, Debbie (Dennis) Selk, Carol Vander Hulst; step-children: Rick Lawlor, Rod Lawlor, Reed Lawlor, Terry (Marla) McDonald, Allen (Kate) McDonald; Deana McDonald with Krista (Kyle) Nygaardy, Kody MacDonald as well as many nieces, nephews, extended family & friends.

Lesley was predeceased by her daughter: Tanya Rose Turner; parents: Henry & Rosalia Fredrick; granddaughter: Tiffany Gusa; brothers: Lloyd Fredrick, Ralph Fredrick, Bill Fredrick, Verl Fredrick, Norman Fredrick; sister-in-law: Sharon Fredrick.

Funeral Service, Thursday, September 12, 2024 at 1:00 p.m., Memento Funeral Chapel, Bonnyville, AB with Shea Hatch  officiating, with viewing to take place from 12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m. Pallbearers: Aaron Gusa, Joshua Gusa, Tara-Lee McBride, Sven and Taylor Toft, Russel Hatch . Honorary Pallbearers: Jaydon Hatch, Thatcher and Brooks Law, Barrie Gusa, Ames Gusa, Jake Comaniuk, Rod Lawlor. 

Final Resting Place, Cherry Grove Community Cemetery, Cherry Grove, AB.
