The family of Leeann Lynn Cardinal of Saddle Lake, Alberta announces her passing on Wednesday, November 15, 2023 in Edmonton, at the age of 51 years.
Leeann is lovingly survived by her children: Elijah Cardinal (Alicia) of Regina, SK, Justin Cardinal of St. Paul, AB, Sarah Pine (Ben) of St. Paul, AB; grandchildren: Jennifer, Eli, Maverick, Jayden, Mateo, Shawna, Kaison, Myles, Kelsey, Maddison; mother: Violet Makokis; brothers: Aaron Cardinal, Warren Cardinal, Byron Cardinal; sister: Sharon Makokis; special friends: Dolores (Charles); as well as numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, & uncles.
Leeann was predeceased by her father: Stanley Cardinal; brother: Arlen Cardinal (Punchuk); sister: Gwen Mackenzie.
Wake, Friday, November 24, 2023 at 12:00 p.m. at Old Onchaminahos School Gym, Saddle Lake, Alberta (leaving Memento Funeral Chapel, St. Paul at 11:00 a.m.)
Funeral Service, Saturday, November 25, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at Old Onchaminahos School Gym, Saddle Lake, Alberta with Reverend Linda Burns officiating. Pallbearers: Elijah Cardinal, Justin Cardinal, Chuck Delver, Warren Cardinal, Cleo Thompson, Aaron Cardinal. Honorary Pallbearers: Teddy Cardinal, Benjamin Cardinal.
