With broken hearts, the family of Joseph John Steinhauer of Goodfish Lake, Alberta regretfully announces that the sun set for him on Sunday, April 7, 2024 at the age of 69 years.
Leaving to mourn with precious memories are Joe's siblings: Robert Steinhauer, Arthur (Verna) Steinhauer, Charlotte Large; sisters-in-law: Doris Steinhauer, Cherrilene Steinhauer, Angelic Steinhauer, Harriet Favel; brothers-in-law: Raymond Favel, Collin (Lola) Favel; stepson: Jack Favel; stepdaughters: Jenny Favel, Isabel Favel; granddaughter: Phoenicia Favel (Josh Chief); numerous nieces, nephews, grandchildren and câpans; special nieces: Loretta Steinhauer, Twyla Steinhauer; special nephews: Larry Hunter, Brian Collins; special friends: Leona Jackson and her sisters, Clarence Whitford, Ron Trembley, Leonard Houle, Martin Cardinal, Rudy Seenum and many more that were very close to Joe; companion: Spotty.
Joe is going into the arms of his loving wife of 43 years: Olive Steinhauer; parents: John & Mary Minnie Steinhauer; siblings: Donald Steinhauer, Wilfred Steinhauer, Floyd (Marlene) Steinhauer, Jerry Steinhauer, Raymond Steinhauer, Henry Steinhauer, Bruce (Doreen) Steinhauer, Dwayne Steinhauer, Carl D. Steinhauer; brother-in-law: Fabian Large; nephews: Ray Jr. Steinhauer, Ralphe Steinhauer, Stacey Steinhauer, Carl Steinhauer, Charles Steinhauer; nieces: Shawna Steinhauer, Vanessa Large; granddaughters: Raylene Steinhauer, Rosaliegh Jackson.
