With broken hearts, the family of baby John David Sundown II regretfully announce that he passed through this world on his way to heaven on Monday, January 2, 2023.
John will be deeply loved and remembered by mom: Chanelle Singer; big sisters: Sophie Sundown, Vanna Morningchild; grandparents: Carla Singer, Rodrick D; great grandma: Jean Singer; as well as many aunties, uncles, cousins and family.
John is going into the arms of his grandparents: Cynthia Singer, Annette Singer, Johnny Singer, Dale Singer; great grandparents: Theresa Singer, Henieretta Singer, John Sundown, Edna Stick; great great grandparents: Margaret Singer & Johnny Sandfly; auntie: Talisha Singer.
Going Home, Friday, January 6, 2023, leaving Memento Funeral Chapel, Cold Lake, Alberta at 4:00 p.m. Saskatchewan time, 3:00 p.m. Alberta time, to Big Island Lake Band Hall, Big Island Lake Cree Nation, Saskatchewan.
Funeral Service, Saturday, January 7, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. Saskatchewan time, 10:00 a.m. Alberta time, Big Island Lake Band Hall, Big Island Lake Cree Nation, Saskatchewan with Band Elders officiating. Final resting place, Big Island Lake Cemetery, Big Island Lake Cree Nation, Saskatchewan.
