The family of Jack Kruhlak of Bonnyville, Alberta announces his passing surrounded by his family on Tuesday, September 30, 2025 at the age of 83 years.
Jack will be forever remembered and loved by his daughters: Barbara (Brad) Hurtubise, Irene Forsyth (Graham); son: Brian (Dawn) Kruhlak; precious grandchildren: Tristen, Kylie, Rebecca, Jesse, Savannah; brothers: Orest Kruhlak, John (Linda) Kruhlak; sister: Martha Wilk.
Jack was predeceased by his son: Bradley Kruhlak; parents: Steve & Helen Kruhlak; sister: Anne Fedchuk; brother: Tom Kruhlak.
Public Viewing, Thursday, October 9, 2025 from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Memento Funeral Chapel, Bonnyville, Alberta.
Funeral Service, Friday, October 10, 2025 at 11:00 a.m., Iron River Open Fellowship Church, with the eulogy commencing at 10:50 a.m. Al Brundige officiating. Pallbearers: Graham McRae, Brad Hurtubise, Brian Kruhlak, James Karasiuk, Marcel Baik, Jesse Kruhlak. Final resting place, St. Virgin Mary Ukrainian Orthodox Cemetery, Sandy Rapids, Alberta.
