Irene Sabatier Obituary
It is with heartfelt sorrow that the family of Irene Ivy Sabatier of Bonnyville, Alberta announces her passing on Monday, August 23, 2021 at the age of 78 years.
Irene will be forever remembered and loved by her three children: Bruce Sabatier (Doris Butt) of Edmonton, Darlene Sabatier (Victor Petrovic) of Calgary, Richard Sabatier of Bonnyville; four grandchildren: Noah, Laura, Shelby, Katianna; brother: Steve Marchuk of Bonnyville; sister: Rose Anne (Wayne) Herbert of Bonnyville as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Irene was predeceased by her husband: Edward in 1996; parents: John & Katherine Marchuk; brother: Victor Marchuk.
Visitation, Friday, September 3, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. at Memento Funeral Chapel, Bonnyville, AB.
Funeral Service, Saturday, September 4, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at Bonnyville Community Church, Bonnyville, AB with Pastor Ken Jagessar officiating. Honourary pallbearers: Steve Marchuk, Wayne Herbert. Pallbearers: Bruce Sabatier, Richard Sabatier, Stuart Sabatier, Benjamin Sabatier, Noah Sabatier, Shelby Blackmore. Final resting place, St. John’s United Church Cemetery, Bonnyville, AB.
