Gerald Arthur Obituary
It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Gerald "Gerry" Edward Arthur, of Cold Lake, Alberta on Saturday, November 6, 2021 at the age of 80 years.
Gerry was born on May 12, 1941, the first of three children to Edward and Alice Arthur, in Winnipeg, Manitoba. He served 32 years in the Royal Canadian Air Force, retiring at the rank of Master Warrant Officer. Gerry was an avid golfer and hunter, he loved carpentry, cabinet making and college football.
Gerry will be remembered by his sister: Gwen; step-daughter: Molli (Brian); as well as his nieces and nephews.
Gerry was predeceased by his beloved wife, Aridth "Ardy"; step-son: Ben; parents: Edward & Alice; sister: Jean.
Funeral Service, Saturday, December 11, 2021 at 11:00 a.m., St. Dominic Roman Catholic Church, Cold Lake, Alberta with Father Thomas Nguyen officiating. Final Resting Place, Lakeview Cemetery, Cold Lake, Alberta.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that you do a random and unsolicited act of kindness in Gerry's name. Everytime you do a good deed you kick the devil in the backside, and he hates that!
