With saddened hearts, the family of George Joseph Ference of St. Paul, Alberta announces his passing on Wednesday, October 30, 2024 at the age of 78 years.
George will be forever loved and remembered by his wife of 58 ½ years: Nancy Ference of St. Paul; children: George Jr. of Red Deer, Kelly (Donna) Ference of St. Albert, Kevin (Stacey) Ference of St. Paul, Melanie (Jason) Stelmaschuk of Blackfoot, Amanda Kostrub (Bernie Paradis) of St. Paul; grandchildren: Matthew (Brittany), Amber (Jason), Brittney (Brendan), Kiernan, Aidan, Kayla, Emma, Ty, Ariana, Savana; great grandchildren: Lindsey, Kalei; brother: Walter Ference (Connie); sisters: Shirley (Stanley) Gozjolko, Janet (Wade) Ramsum, and numerous nieces and nephews.
George was predeceased by his parents: John & Sophie Ference; great grandson: Grayson; sister-in-law: Linda Ference, nephew: Larry Ference.
As per George’s wishes, no formal service will be held and cremation has taken place.
