With broken hearts, the family of Geoffrey Jordan Betts of Cold Lake, Alberta regretfully announces that the sun set for their beloved son, brother and grandson on Wednesday, April 30, 2025 at the age of 29 years.
Leaving to mourn with cherished memories are his parents: Suzy Cardinal & Gideon Betts; sister: Shayla Betts; brothers: Austin Whiskeyjack, Nathan Piche; grandparents: Colin & Annette Betts; as well as many extended family & friends.
Geoffrey is going into the arms of his grandmother: Shirley Cardinal; grandfather: Raymond Hunter; uncle: Perry Cardinal.
Wake, Saturday, May 10, 2025 at 11:30 a.m., Cold Lake First Nations Spiritual Centre, LeGoff, Alberta, leaving Memento Funeral Chapel, Cold Lake, Alberta at 11:00 a.m.
Funeral Service, Monday, May 12, 2025 at 1:00 p.m., Cold Lake First Nations Spiritual Centre, LeGoff, Alberta with Clifford Cardinal officiating. Pallbearers: Garrett Dahlseide, Sterling Glover, Deion Blackman, Andre Masson, Matthew Lagace, Owen Cardinal. Honorary Pallbearers: all of his friends and relatives who loved him. Cremation to follow.
