The family of Gail "Wendy" Ellen Wason of Cold Lake, Alberta is broken hearted to announce the passing of their beloved mother, grandmother and great grandmother on Saturday, May 27, 2023 at the age of 76 years.
Wendy is survived by her daughters: Barb (Wayne) Boyd, Kathy (Chris) Johnston; grandchildren: Tyrell (Tori) Boyd, Dale Boyd (Chelsey Powrie), Nevaeh Provencher, Brielle Provencher, Alyssa Johnston; cherished great grandchildren: Rogue Boyd, Ramzi Boyd; partner: Terry Hansen; as well as many brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews and friends.
Wendy was predeceased by her husband: Brian Wason; mother: Alma Collins; grandparents: Dora & Albert Anderson.
Graveside Service, Wednesday, May 31, 2023 at 11:00 a.m., Grand Centre Memorial Park, Cold Lake, Alberta with Wayne Boyd as Emcee. Pallbearers: Chris Johnston, Wayne Boyd, Tyrell Boyd, Dale Boyd, Leonard Stahn, John Suderman.
