Obituary
The family of Frederick Alexander "Tex" Ritter of Cold Lake, Alberta is deeply saddened to announce the passing of their beloved father, grandfather and great grandfather on Tuesday, August 15, 2023 at the age of 90 years.
Tex is survived by his daughter: Terria Knight (William Meehan) of Cold Lake, AB; grandchildren: Tyler (Andee) Knight, Levi Knight, Abby Knight, Leita Knight (Michael Polis), Lindsey Dodman, Lareina Dodman; cherished great grandchildren: Jayce Knight, Leroy Knight, Beckett Knight, Dominic Polis, Bernadette Polis, Sammy Polis, Sebastian Polis, Theodore Polis, Dustyn Dodman, Duncan McCluskey, Alic McCluskey; as well as many nieces, nephews, friends and extended family.
Tex was predeceased by his wife of 66 years: Elma Ritter; daughter: Jenine Dodman; parents: William & Alvina Ritter; brother: Rudy Ritter; sister: Jennette Ponto.
As per Tex's wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be no formal funeral service.
