The family of Florence Youngchief of Bonnyville, Alberta is deeply saddened to announce that the sun set for their beloved mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and friend on Tuesday, September 17, 2024 at the age of 65 years.
Florence will be forever remembered by her three children: Louisa Youngchief (Jeremy Quinney), Kevin Youngchief (Angie), Jesse Youngchief; grandchildren: Tyre, Talon, Trayton, Tyonie, Tysjoan, Teciha, Tuleshia, Charity, Ashton, Dominic, Summer, Aiden, Amber, Scarlette, Skylar; ten great grandchildren; sisters: Alice Pipe, Betsy (William) Dion, Alice John, Marilyn Brighteyes; adopted brothers: Gordon Gadwa, Ronnie Paul, as well as numerous nieces, nephews & friends.
Florence was predeceased by her husband: Jerome Youngchief; parents: Louie & Mary Pipe; son: Patrick Youngchief; brothers: Joe, George, Clarence, Jimmy, Mike Pipe; great grandchildren: Urias, Johnathan, Tysjoan Jr.

Funeral Service, Wednesday, September 25, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. at Kehewin Band Hall, Kehewin Cree Nation, AB with Elders officiating. Pallbearers: Talon Youngchief, Trayton Youngchief, Vince Pipe, Mike Cardinal, Jimmy Paul Badger, Adam Pipe. Honorary Pallbearers: all her nieces & nephews; Patty Badger, Anne Cryer, Angelic Mcgilvery, Eva (John) Gladue, Rose Cardinal, Youngchief family, Pipe family, Paul family, Sunday Family, Whitstone family, Cryer family, Dion family, Hand Game family & all who knew & loved her.
