It is with heavy hearts that the family of Ernest Joseph Summers of Cold Lake, Alberta regretfully announce his passing on Saturday, January 6, 2024 at the age of 90 years.
Ernest is lovingly survived by his wife of 66 years: Audrey Summers; sons: Brad Summers (Claudia Zurmuhle), Brian Summers; daughter: Susan (Glenn) Madsen; grandchildren: Kimberly Madsen (Jeff Baty), Jenica Madsen (Tim Gammon), Matt Summers (Christine Franks), Morgan (Dora) Summers, Brianna Summers; great grandchildren: Ryan, Lucas, Brayden, Cameron; sister: Anne Rush.
Ernest was predeceased by his parents: William & Annie Summers; brothers; Bill Summers, John Summers.
Celebration of Ernest’s Life, Tuesday, January 16, 2024 at 2:00 p.m., Royal Canadian Legion Branch 211, Cold Lake with Jim Belliveau officiating. Final Resting Place, Memorial Park Cemetery, Cold Lake.
