It is with great sadness that the family of Edward Moses Kalinski of Iron River, Alberta announces his passing in Edmonton on Wednesday, September 15, 2021 at the age of 78 years.
Edward will be forever loved and remembered by his wife of 51 years: Linda Kalinski of Iron River; three children: Avis (Bruce) Friedel, Lorne (Nita) Kalinski, Kelsey Kalinski; two grandchildren: Brock & Britney Friedel; three brothers: Stefan Kalinski, John (Rose) Kalinski, Nick (Shirley) Kalinski; father-in-law: Theodore Slipchuk; three brothers-in-law: Peter (Connie) Slipchuk, Donny (Candace) Slipchuk, Bruce Slipchuk; three sisters-in-law: Lillian Kalinski, Maxine Kalinski, Betty-Lou Slipchuk.
Edward was predeceased by his parents: Moses & Matrona Kalinski; two brothers: Alexander Kalinsky, Paul Kalinski; mother-in-law: Ann Slipchuk; two brothers-in-law: Jerry Kalinski, John Slipchuk; two sisters-in-law: Helen Kalinsky, Eunice Kalinski.
Public Visitation, Friday, September 24, 2021 from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., Memento Funeral Chapel, Bonnyville. Due to Covid-19 capacity restrictions please pre-register your visitation by calling our office between 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 pm or by clicking the RSVP tab below.
A private Funeral Service, by invitation only, will be held. Pallbearers: Brock Friedel, Donny Slipchuk, Tom Geldenhuys, Matthew Kalinski, Bruce Slipchuk, Lyndon Kalinski.
