With grateful hearts for a life well lived, the family of Donald Lee Dygert of Cold Lake, Alberta is saddened to announce his passing on Friday, November 3, 2023 at the age of 100 years.
Donald will be forever remembered and loved by his children: Mike Dygert (Gwen Jacobson) of Cold Lake, AB, Lynn (Donald) Saw of Cold Lake, AB; sister: Marguerite Jowet of Nova Scotia.
Donald was predeceased by his wife: Helen Dygert; parents: Fred & Charlotte Dygert; brothers: James Dygert, Joseph Dygert; half brother: Brian Bulmer; sister: Irene Craddock.
Celebration of Donald’s Life will take place Saturday, December 2nd, 2023 at 1:00 p.m., at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 211 in Cold Lake, Alberta with Reverend Stephen Sparks officiating.
Mom and Dad will be buried together at his Father’s homestead north of Grassy Lake, AB.
Donald’s family would like to thank the staff at the Cold Lake Health Centre Emergency Department and Long Term Care Recreation Department.
