Denise Monique (Roy) Laporte

It is with saddened hearts and much love that the family of Denise Monique Laporte of Bonnyville, AB, announces her peaceful passing on Friday, November 3, 2023 at the age of 81 years, surrounded by her family.

Denise will be forever remembered and loved by her children: Michel (Cathy) Laporte of Victoria, BC, Daniel Laporte of Bonnyville, AB, Marcel Laporte of Bonnyville, AB, Caroline (Mel) Palmer of Bonnyville, AB; daughter-in-law: Bev Brace of Bonnyville, AB; grandchildren: Courtnay (Leon) McIntyre, Conlan Laporte (Jess), Nikki Laporte; brothers & sisters: Monique Fitzpatrick, Pierrette (Marcel) Ducharme, Clermont (Claudette) Roy, Jeannie Laberge; sisters-in-law: Vivian Sheppard, Edna Roy; brother-in-law: Albert (Denise) Laporte; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and many dear friends.

Denise was predeceased by her husband: Robert Laporte on January 21, 2022; parents: Ernest & Marie Roy; grandson: Cole Palmer; brothers & sisters: Lorraine Brunet, Valere Roy, Leonel Roy, Martha (Victor) Kaehn, Laurette (Martin) Ducharme, special friend, Dolores Picard.

Funeral Service, Thursday, November 9, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Louis Roman Catholic Church, Bonnyville, Alberta with Father Rene Realuyo officiating.  Note:  Eulogy will start at 10:50 a.m.   Those wishing to view the service online may do so by live-stream here on our website.  A recording of the service will also be made available.  A Private Family Inurnment Service to follow at a later date at Holy Family Roman Catholic Cemetery, Bonnyville, AB.
