With humble acceptance of God’s will, the family of Delva Siemers of St. Paul, Alberta, wish to announce her peaceful passing on Monday, September 9, 2024 at the age of 81.
Delva is lovingly survived by her sons: Randy, Troy and her daughter: Christine (Emile) Foisy; grandchildren: Jaidyn (Tricia), Zachery and Brooke Foisy; great grandchild: Connor Siemers. Along with her brother; Roy (Dianne) Paquette; sisters: Mona (Wilf) Slavik and Roxanne (Rick) Charbonneau; brother-in-laws: Otto (Terry) Siemers, Willie (Marge) Siemers; sister in laws: Joanne Paquette, Maria Roberge and Rose Siemers, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.
She was predeceased by her husband: Adolph Siemers; parents: Eric and Florianne Paquette: brother; Maurice Paquette: sister; Monique Gibson.
In Memory of Delva, the family requests that all attendees wear or accessorize their attire with the color purple/mauve/burgundy. Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, September 28, 2024 at 1:00 p.m., Roman Catholic Cathedral of St. Paul, Alberta with Father Andrew Schoenberger as officiant. The Holy Rosary will take place at 12:40p.m., followed by the eulogy at 12:50 p.m.
Final resting place, St. Joseph’s Roman Catholic Cemetery, St. Paul, AB at a later date.
