Clyde Marion Diesel

The family of Clyde Marion Diesel of Cold Lake, Alberta, formerly of Owl River, Alberta, is saddened to announce the passing of their beloved husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, brother and uncle on Sunday, June 21, 2026 at the age of 90 years.

Clyde is lovingly survived by his cherished wife of 70 years: Mary Diesel; children: Ellen (Lawrence) Diesel of Lac La Biche, Cindy (Gerald) Fedechko of Derwent, Randy (Brenda) Diesel of Elk Point, Brad (Lisa) Diesel of Cold Lake, Glen (Jackie) Diesel of Lac La Biche, Gladys Diesel (Dale Hardcastle) of Derwent; son-in-law: Robert Schaap; daughter-in-law: Lara Diesel; grandchildren: William, Crystal, Andrea Rain, Mitchell, Matthew, Roberta, Christine, Darren, Chris, Cody, Ashley, Eddie, Scott, Cassandra, Ivory, Sasha, Brittany, Trey; many treasured great grandchildren: brother: Raymond Diesel; step-sister: Ramona Lein; Clyde will also be remembered by his many nieces, nephews, extended family & many friends.

Clyde was predeceased by his son: Clyde Jefferson Diesel; daughter: Anastazia Rose Schaap; parents: Louis & Gladys Diesel; brothers: Robert Vernon (Erma) Diesel, Ludwig Tola (Mary) Diesel; sister: Bertha (William) Sawchuk; sister-in-law: Helen Diesel; step-brother: James Gregoire.

As per his wishes, cremation has taken place. Final Resting Place, Diesel’s New Hope Cemetery, Owl River, Alberta.
