Carolyn Elizabeth (Ozero) Baik

With much love and deep sadness, the family of Carolyn Elizabeth Baik of Spruce Grove, Alberta formerly of Bonnyville, Alberta regretfully announce the unexpected passing of their beloved mother, daughter, sister, aunt and niece on Wednesday, August 16, 2023 at the age of 55 years.

Carolyn is lovingly survived by her sons: Brandon (Annika) Baik of Spruce Grove, AB, Anthony (Athena) Baik of Spruce Grove, AB; parents: Nick & Nancy Ozero of Bonnyville, AB; brothers: Conrad (Patricia) Ozero of Athabasca, AB, Richard (Amber) Ozero of Stony Plain, AB; nephews: Alex (Bella), Parker (Savannah); nieces: Danielle, Jillian, Kristen (Christian), Andie; uncles: William, David, Walter; aunts: Mary, Agnes, Lena, Margaret, Debra; as well as many cousins and friends.

Carolyn was predeceased by her grandparents: Alex & Eva Ozero, Wasyl & Solomona Benio; uncles: John, Mike, Peter, Nick, Walter; aunts: Annie, Mona, Muriel, Anna; cousins: Jacob, Michael.

Funeral Service, Wednesday, August 30, 2023 at 11:00 a.m., St. Elias Ukrainian Orthodox Church, Bonnyville, AB with Father Peter Haugen officiating. Pallbearers: Conrad, Richard, Alex, Parker, Nico, Drake; Honorary Pallbearers: Yolanda, Amber, William, Patricia, Kristen, Andie. Final resting place, St. Nicholas Ukrainian Orthodox Cemetery, Beaver River Hill, AB.
