With broken hearts, the family of Blair McCaffrey of Cold Lake, Alberta regretfully announce the unexpected passing of their beloved husband, father, son, brother and uncle on Friday, May 12, 2023 at the age of 43 years.
Blair is lovingly survived by his wife of 19 years: Sandra McCaffrey; cherished daughters: Saige McCaffrey, Adison McCaffrey; parents: Jerry & Denise McCaffrey; brother: Brad (Kiley) McCaffrey; sister: Megan (Riccardo) Francese; brothers-in-law: Devon Butler, Brandt LeBlanc, Adam (Chloe) Noble, Bryan (Koryn) Noble; sister-in-law: Samantha (Trevor) La Grange; nephews & nieces: Michael, Milo, Martin, Branson, Ryan, Noah, Elaine, Berkley, Olivia, Aubrey, Hazel; as well as many extended family, co-workers and friends.
Blair was predeceased by his grandparents: Charles & Bernice McCaffrey, Minard & Georgette Thom.
A Celebration of Blair's Life, Tuesday, May 23, 2023 at 1:00 p.m., Cold Lake Energy Centre - Reid Field House, Cold Lake, AB with Carole Butler and Jim Belliveau as emcees. Urn Bearers: Brad McCaffrey, Saige McCaffrey, Adison McCaffrey, Megan Francese. Final resting place, at home with his family.
Memorial tributes in memory of Blair may be sent to the University of Alberta Dairy Research Barn (ALES Work Integrated Learning Opportunities/Program Endowment Fund), a program where Saige volunteers and is close to the family's heart.
