It is with great sadness that the family of Avegail Castro Ranjo of Cold Lake, Alberta announce her sudden and unexpected passing on May 25, 2025.
Avegail leaves to mourn her partner; James King; two children: Jan Honey Oliver Ranjo & Aliyah Kassandra Skye King; grandson: Jan Joseph Talion Ranjo; parents: Benigno & Avelina Castro; two brothers: Jerwin Castro, Ben Jeremiah Castro; three sisters: Ana Jean Layno, Maribel Tabios, Rochelle Pascua; adopted mother: Merlita Aganon; cousin: Rhodora Santos; as well as numerous other relatives and friends.
Avegail was predeceased by her sister: Hazel; two brothers: Mervin & Rowell.
Funeral Mass, Friday, May 30, 2025 at 7:00 p.m., St. Dominic Roman Catholic Church with Father Zamora officiating.
As per Avegial’s wishes cremation will take place following the Funeral Mass.
Memorial tributes in memory of Avegail may be sent to a Charity of One’s Choice.
