It is with saddened hearts that the family of Arthur Henri Dumont of Bonnyville, Alberta announces his peaceful passing in Edmonton surrounded by family on Saturday, March 1, 2025 at the age of 86 years.
Arthur will be forever remembered and loved by his three children: Michel Dumont (Yvonne Pérusse) of Milton, ON, Colette (Kelly) Fagan of Edmonton, AB, Marc Dumont (Nicole Sabourin) of Bonnyville, AB; six grandchildren: Kieran Fagan, Mallorie Fagan, Joelle Fagan, Jeremy Dumont, Justin Dumont, Melanie Dumont; two brothers: Emile Dumont, Maurice (Linda) Dumont; two sisters: Judith Kennedy, Lucienne (Dale) Niwa; brother-in-law: Bill Boychuk; as well as numerous nieces, nephews & other relatives & extended family.
Arthur is going into the arms of his wife: Thérèse Dumont on June 30, 2019; parents: Donat & Irene Dumont; sister: Esther Boychuk; brothers-in-law: Ken Kennedy, Denis Rondeau, Guy Rondeau, Georges Rondeau, Ian MacQuarrie, Richard Lee, Norm Charrois; sisters-in-law: Madeleine Dumont; Cécile Rondeau, June Rondeau; nephews: James Kennedy, Curtis Rondeau, Corey Dumont, Jason Dumont, Clément Rondeau.
Mass of Christian Burial, Saturday, March 15, 2025 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Louis Roman Catholic Church, Bonnyville, Alberta with Father Rene Realuyo as celebrant. Final Resting Place, Sainte Famille Roman Catholic Cemetery, Bonnyville, AB.
